Course Overview

This curriculum helps young Hebrew Israelite women discover their true identity and worth through Yahuah's Word. Each week addresses common lies teenage girls believe about themselves and replaces them with biblical truth about who they are as daughters of the Most High.

Here’s a snapshot of the powerful truths we’ll uncover together each week:

Week 1: "I Am Yahuah's Masterpiece"

The Lie: "I'm not good enough / I'm a mistake" The Truth: Yahuah created you with intentional purpose

Scripture Focus

  • Psalm 139:13-16 - "You covered me in my mother's womb"
  • Ephesians 2:10 - "We are His workmanship"
  • Jeremiah 1:5 - "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you"

Key Teaching Points

  • Yahuah knitted you together personally
  • Every detail about you was planned
  • You are His poetry in motion (ma'aseh yadav) "work of his hands". 
  • Your perceived flaws are part of His perfect design

Activities

  • Mirror exercise: Speaking Psalm 139 over themselves
  • Create personal "Masterpiece Certificates" with their unique qualities
  • Journal: "How does knowing Yahuah made me intentionally change how I see myself?"

Hebrew Connection

  • Discuss the Hebrew word "yetser" (formed/fashioned) - Yahuah as divine potter
  • Learn about being made "b'tselem Elohim" (in the image of Elohim)

Week 2: "I Am Beautiful in Yahuah's Eyes"

The Lie: "I'm not pretty enough / I don't measure up to beauty standards" The Truth: True beauty comes from Yahuah's perspective

Scripture Focus

  • Song of Solomon 4:7 - "You are altogether beautiful, my love"
  • 1 Samuel 16:7 - "Man looks at outward appearance, but Yahuah looks at the heart"
  • 1 Peter 3:3-4 - "Let your beauty be the hidden person of the heart"

Key Teaching Points

  • Yahuah's beauty standards vs. world's standards
  • Inner beauty that never fades
  • How Hebrew women like Esther and Ruth were beautiful
  • Beauty as reflecting Yahuah's glory

Activities

  • Compare media beauty standards with biblical descriptions of beautiful women
  • "Beauty Redefined" vision boards focusing on character qualities
  • Study Hebrew words for beauty: "yafah" (beautiful) and "hadar" (splendor)

  • Study the "woman of valor" (eshet chayil) concept

Week 3: "I Am Chosen and Set Apart"

The Lie: "I don't belong / I'm not special" The Truth: You are part of Yahuah's chosen people with a unique calling

  • Deuteronomy 7:6 - "You are a holy people to Yahuah your Elohim"
  • 1 Peter 2:9 - "You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood"
  • Isaiah 43:1 - "I have called you by name; you are Mine"

  • Hebrew Israelites as Yahuah's chosen people
  • Individual calling within collective identity
  • Set apart for holy purposes
  • Royal priesthood responsibilities and privileges

Week 4: "I Am Capable and Strong"

The Lie: "I can't do anything right / I'm weak" The Truth: Yahuah gives strength and ability beyond your own

  • Philippians 4:13 - "I can do all things through Messiah who strengthens me"
  • Judges 4:4-9 - Deborah's leadership and strength
  • Proverbs 31:25 - "Strength and dignity are her clothing"

Key Teaching Points

  • Deborah as judge, prophetess, and military leader
  • Hebrew women's historical roles as leaders
  • Strength comes from Yahuah, not just personal ability
  • Courage to step into your calling

Activities

  • Study successful Hebrew women leaders throughout Scripture
  • Personal strength inventory - identifying Yahuah-given gifts
  • Role-play scenarios requiring courage and leadership

  • Explore Hebrew concepts of strength: "oz" (might) and "koach" (power)

 Week 5: "I Am Loved Unconditionally"

The Lie: "I have to earn love / No one really loves me" The Truth: Yahuah's love for you is eternal and unchanging

Scripture Focus

  • Jeremiah 31:3 - "I have loved you with an everlasting love"
  • Romans 8:38-39 - "Nothing can separate us from the love of Yahuah"
  • 1 John 4:19 - "We love because He first loved us"

Key Teaching Points

  • Yahuah's covenant love (hesed) never fails
  • Love based on His character, not your performance
  • How understanding Yahuah's love changes self-perception
  • Love as the foundation for healthy relationships

Activities

Week 6: "I Have Purpose and Destiny"

The Lie: "My life doesn't matter / I have no purpose" The Truth: Yahuah has specific plans and purposes for your life

  • Jeremiah 29:11 - "I know the plans I have for you"
  • Esther 4:14 - "For such a time as this"
  • Proverbs 31:10-31 - The woman of valor's multiple purposes

  • Esther's story of divine timing and purpose
  • How Hebrew women fulfilled multiple roles and purposes
  • Purpose found in serving Yahuah and community
  • Present purpose while growing into future calling

Activities

  • Timeline activity: mapping gifts, interests, and possible purposes
  • Study Esther's preparation period and how it applies to them
  • Interview older Hebrew women about finding their purpose

Hebrew Connection

  • Understand Hebrew lifecycle ceremonies marking purpose transitions
  • Study the concept of "tikkun olam" - repairing the world

 

Week 7: "I Am Forgiven and Made New"

The Lie: "I'm too messed up / My mistakes define me" The Truth: Yahuah's forgiveness makes you completely clean

Scripture Focus

  • Psalm 103:12 - "As far as the east is from the west"
  • 2 Corinthians 5:17 - "If anyone is in Messiah, he is a new creation"
  • Isaiah 1:18 - "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be white as snow"

Key Teaching Points

  • Complete forgiveness through Yahusha's sacrifice
  • Fresh starts and new beginnings
  • Not defined by past mistakes
  • Freedom to walk in righteousness

Activities

  • Forgiveness ceremony - writing down regrets and burning them
  • Study Hebrew concepts of repentance (teshuvah) - returning to Yahuah
  • Create "New Creation" artwork representing their fresh start

Hebrew Connection

  • Learn about Hebrew Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur) and complete cleansing
  • Study biblical women who received fresh starts (Rahab, Mary Magdalene)

 

Week 8: "I Am Unshakable in Yahuah"

The Lie: "I'm not strong enough to handle life" The Truth: Your identity in Yahuah cannot be shaken

Scripture Focus

  • Psalm 46:5 - "Yahuah is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved"
  • Isaiah 54:10 - "The mountains may depart...but My kindness shall not depart"
  • Hebrews 12:28 - "We are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken"

Key Teaching Points

  • Review all previous weeks' truths
  • Building unshakable identity on Yahuah's Word
  • Standing firm when circumstances change
  • Becoming a woman who influences others

Activities

  • Create personal "Unshakable Truth" cards for difficult times
  • Graduation ceremony celebrating their new understanding
  • Commitment to living as Yahuah's daughters
  • Planning how to share these truths with other young women

Hebrew Connection

  • Study Hebrew women who remained faithful under pressure
  • Learn the Shema as a declaration of unshakable faith

 

Weekly Format (90 minutes)

  1. Prayer, Check-In  (10 minutes)
  2. Review Previous Week Journal (10 minutes)
  3. Main Lesson (50 minutes)
  4. Scripture Study & Discussion (20 minutes)
  5. Activity Sheet/and or Hands-on- Project (20 minutes)
  6. Closing Prayer & Affirmations (10 minutes)

Materials Needed

  • Bibles, Journals and Activity Worksheet for each participant
  • Art supplies for activities
  • Index cards for truth statements
  • Materials for specific weekly activities

Assessment Methods

  • Weekly journal reflection
  • Group discussions and sharing
  • Final presentation of their "Unshakable Identity"
  • Peer encouragement and testimony sharing

Requirements

  • Bible (King James w/ Apocrypha recommended) • Personal journal • Regular attendance • Weekly assignments & scripture memory

Assessment & Outcomes

  • Weekly reflection journals • Scripture memory (2-3 verses/week) • Final project (Propspects/Outlook- Goal setting) Certificate will be administered upon completion

By completion you will have: Strong biblical foundation • Practical life skills • Clear personal   values • Like-minded friend network • Confidence as Yahuah's daughter

Course Commitment

This journey requires:

Facilitator

Led by someone with social and biblical work experience, called by Yahuah to serve young women at this juncture in servitude, provides spiritual mentorship and biblical education (supplements, not replaces professional counseling when needed).
